Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose) These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") are intended to stipulate the terms and conditions of use and procedures for all websites (http://www.koreavein.or.kr/, hereinafter referred to as "Services") provided by the Korean Society of Phlebology (hereinafter referred to as "Society") and its users (hereinafter referred to as "Members").

Article 2 (Definitions) The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:

"Member" refers to a person who agrees to these Terms, enters into a service use contract with the Society, and is granted a user ID. "Use Contract" refers to all contracts concluded between the Society and the Member regarding the use of the Service, including these Terms. "User ID" refers to a combination of letters and numbers set by the Member and approved by the Society for the purpose of identifying the Member and using the Service. "Password" refers to a combination of letters and numbers set by the Member to verify the Member's identity identified by the User ID. "Administrator" refers to a person selected by the Society for the overall management and smooth operation of the Service. "Termination" refers to the cancellation of the service use contract by the Member.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms of Service)

1. The content of these Terms shall become effective by being posted on the service screen or by being notified to the Members through other methods in accordance with due procedures.
2. The Society may amend these Terms if a legitimate reason arises, and will promptly notify Members of the amended Terms.
3. The Site may change these Terms without prior notice, and the amended Terms will be posted on the Site for users to directly check.
4. If a Member does not agree to the amended Terms, the Member may cancel their membership registration (withdraw from membership). If the Member does not express their refusal and continues to use the Service for 7 days after the effective date of the amended Terms, the Member is deemed to have agreed to the changes. The amended Terms take effect immediately upon notification.
